What Happens Next?

After receiving your instructions, we carry out our inspection of the property at a time that suits you. After completing our property inspection, we investigate all recent comparable market sales that have been completed in the immediate surrounding area. Once all sales have been inspected we prepare our valuation report which includes commentary on the Certificate of Title, local authority zoning, location attributes, detailed dwelling description, risk analysis, market commentary, full analysis of the sales evidence and our assessment of market value

We aim to have residential valuations completed within two days following inspection or sooner upon request.
